A very primitive coffee machine

This script uses a while loop to make it run until you interupt it with Ctrl-C. It combines multiple case statements to determine your beverage of choice.

Furthermore, the read builtin shell command is used to assign values to variables.

#!/bin/bash
while true; do
echo "Make your choice:"
echo "Koffee    sugar   milk    milk+sugar"
echo "  A        A 1     A 2     A 3"
echo "Expresso  sugar   milk    milk+sugar"
echo "  B        B 1     B 2     B 3"
echo "Hot choco sugar cream sugar+cream"
echo "  C        C 1     C 2     C 3"
